FunXercises (FX) is our weekly outdoor movement session where children of all abilities play developmental games together, learn new skills, and make friends in a safe, happy space.

Our play-based sessions help children:

  • Move, play, and explore
  • Build confidence and communication
  • Make friends and learn teamwork
  • Grow as problem solvers and leaders

Our Goals:

  • Develop skills beyond sports
  • Create an inclusive, family-friendly learning space with music and movement culture 

How It Works: 90-minutes of inclusive group developmental games, with mini-breaks. 

Who Can Join: All children 7+, including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and other developmental differences.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is Care2Run FunXercise?

A: FunXercise is our weekly outdoor movement session where children of all abilities play developmental games, learn new skills, and make friends in a safe, happy space. It’s not just exercise – it’s about joy, teamwork, and feeling proud of what you can do.

Q: Who can join FunXercise?

A: Everyone is welcome — whether you run fast, walk slowly, or need a little extra help. We especially love seeing children of all abilities, including those who are neurodiverse, physically different, joining in and having fun together. 

Q: Where does FunXercise take place?

A: We usually meet at Taman Aman Park, Petaling Jaya. It’s a beautiful, open space with plenty of room to move, laugh, and play. You can find us easily on Google Maps or Waze. 

Q: Do parents or guardians need to come along?

A: Yes — that would be encouraged. We welcome parents or guardians to join in the fun or cheer from the side on a case-to-case basis. Your encouragement makes a big difference, and it’s a lovely way to share special moments with your child. 

Q: What will we do in a FunXercise session?

A: Each session starts with a friendly welcome and warmup, followed by exciting movement games, team activities, and a gentle cooldown. Every activity is designed to help children grow in confidence, coordination, and friendship. 

Q: How much does it cost to join?

A: For our 10th Anniversary, a single session is RM30 per person (usual price RM45) for 90 minutes of fun. We also have bundle and group discounts so families and friends can save while playing together. 

Q: Who are the Coaches?

A: The group sessions are typically led by our Principal Coach, Coach Prem, who has over 10 years of lived experience working with children of all abilities. Please meet the rest of our team by clicking here. 

Q: How do I sign up for FunXercise?

A: It’s easy! Just click the Book Now link on our website, choose your date, and fill in the form. We’ll be ready to welcome you with open arms and big smiles.

Q: What should we bring?

A: Comfortable sports clothes, sports shoes, water, snacks, insect repellent and a can-do attitude
