Consent & Policies

Please read and accept the following before proceeding.

"Thank you for trusting us with your child's journey. Every child is unique, and your insights help us create a safe, joyful, and empowering football experience. We look forward to supporting your child's growth towards independence and confidence on and off the field."

General Health & Safety Guidelines

You agree to keep everyone safe and withdraw your child from participating when your child is in close contact with or infected by any contagious disease or viral fever/flu.
If your child -- or anyone in the household -- shows signs of illness, please keep them home until fully recovered or cleared by a doctor.
Parents or carers are encouraged to accompany their child, especially for the first session.
After each session, our team will guide children safely back to their parent or caregiver.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session to allow time for registration and settling in.
We welcome feedback. Contact us via email or speak with our facilitation team directly.

Emergency Protocol

I understand that every effort will be made to assess the situation before contacting the emergency number listed above.
If the person(s) cannot be reached, I understand that staff will use a standard emergency protocol to contact the nearest ambulance service and have my child taken to the nearest hospital.
All information provided is confidential and used only for FunFootball / Care2Run programmes.

Parent or Guardian Accompaniment

The parent or guardian agrees to accompany the children on the chosen session.
This is not a drop-off programme. Each participant must be accompanied by a parent or responsible caregiver throughout the session.
If a child refuses to join or participate, the coach will decide whether a replacement session can be offered. Refunds are not available.

Fees & Cancellation Policies

Once payment is made, your child will be placed on the waitlist for the selected session(s).
A minimum of two students is required to start a new or existing class.
Class fees are non-refundable, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Class schedules may be adjusted when necessary to ensure fairness and smooth operations.
Classes may be cancelled or combined if there is only one student enrolled.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, entry may not be allowed as it disrupts the learning environment.

Consent to Use Photos & Videos

You permit Care2Run / FunFootball to use your child's photos, videos, voice, or your statements to meaningfully uplift other parents and the community.
Your testimonials will be voluntary, and you will not receive payments or gifts.

I consent to the use of photos and videos as described.

Participant's & Family Safety & General Indemnity Clauses

You agree not to hold the organisers responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the programme.
While the organiser takes every effort to make the programme safe for everyone, you waive all claims related to injury, death, or invalidity.
All information is confidential and used only for Care2Run / FunFootball programmes.
I agree to all the terms stated on the Care2Run Indemnity Form
