Backstory​

At Care2Run, we believe that learning happens through experience, play, and human connection. This is the vision we shared with the teams at Orange Business during a unique team-building day. Through fun, creative, and inclusive activities, we created a meaningful experience to strengthen team cohesion, develop soft skills, and take on collective challenges beyond the usual framework. Care2XO

Rules

In this life-size version of the classic game, teamwork is the real strategy. Every move requires clear communication and fast coordination. It’s a fun, energetic way to boost collective thinking and strengthen group cohesion.

Bound by ropes, freed by teamwork. Escape the knot without untying — a fun way to build trust, logic, and team synergy.

Rules

Spot, explore, and connect! Some squares need sharp eyes, others require teamwork — a perfect mix of focus and collaboration in the great outdoors.

Art Therapy

Rules

Art therapy offered a peaceful space where participants could express their inner world through color and form. By creating individually and sharing as a group, they developed empathy, trust, and mutual understanding. It’s a simple yet powerful way to build emotional connection within a team.

Deaf-in-Business

Deaf in Business (DIB) is an inclusive restaurant that primarily employs Deaf staff and places sign language at the heart of the experience. More than just a dining spot, it’s a space for connection and empowerment, where difference becomes a strength.

 

Medalion challenge with DIB

At Care2Run, we create activities that help people connect, feel included, and grow together. The Medallion Challenge is one of our favourite ways to do that.

For this special session, we invited the team from Orange Business to take part in team-building activities together with youth from Deaf in Business.
The goal was to encourage real teamwork, inclusion, and mutual understanding, and it worked beautifully.

Through fun and meaningful challenges, everyone stepped out of their comfort zone, supported each other, and built strong connections.

The Medallion Challenge is a true Care2Run experience: human, inclusive, and unforgettable.
