The team actively designed and participated in a series of activation activities that did more than strengthen internal relationships—they uplifted a differently‑abled enterprise, Deaf‑in‑Business (DIB), along with Care2Run and amplified the visibility of inclusive entrepreneurship.

Shifting Team Building to Community Development
Here is why?
Care2Run Purpose:
Care2Run exists to be a champion for the under-served1. We take pride in seeing them grow and glow. We transform lives through developmental sports and digital programmes while offering unique CSR opportunities. By choosing our CSR opportunities your organisation becomes an agile partner in making differences that matter. 1The term “under-served” refers to the community of people with autism, Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, dyscalculia, epilepsy, and so on. Currently, they are considered as a niche group and do not conveniently have access to certain utilities.Care2Run Purpose:

Q: Can we co‑brand an event or programme with Care2Run?
A: Yes. We welcome co‑branding with aligned partners, especially for flagship day events and long-term campaigns. Co‑branding may include logo placement on event materials, social media mentions, joint press releases, and shared storytelling about impact. We’ll work with your committee and communications team to ensure brand guidelines and messaging are respected while keeping the focus on the children and youth we serve.
Q: Can NGOs or schools collaborate with Care2Run on joint programmes?
A: Your support helps us design and deliver adaptive sports and life‑skills programmes that build confidence, social skills, stamina, and resilience in neurodiverse and underserved young people. Contributions can fund coaching hours for underserved youngsters, safe venues, replenishment of sports equipment, programme subsidies, and capacity‑building for youth leaders and teachers. We prioritise measurable outcomes and can share stories, photos, and key impact indicators after each collaboration.
Q: What information do you need from us to plan a collaboration?
A: Absolutely. Since 2015, we’ve collaborated with NGOs, schools, both international and private special needs schools, and community organisations to run one‑off and recurring programmes. We can co‑design sessions that complement your existing services—such as inclusion days, sports carnivals, team building, holiday camps, or teacher training—while ensuring they are accessible and neurodiversity‑affirming.
Q: How far in advance should we contact you to plan a CSR or joint event?
A:
We typically need:
- Type of organisation: corporate, NGO, school, or community group
- Objectives: e.g. team‑building, inclusion, staff engagement, community outreach
- Preferred dates, times, and locations
- Estimated number and profile of participants (staff, youth, families)
- HRDF eligibility for corporate development and DEI based programmes
- Budget range and any in‑kind resources you can provide. With this, we can propose a tailored programme outline and budget.
Q: Can our employees volunteer with Care2Run as part of our CSR?
A: Ideally, reach out 8–12 weeks in advance for one‑off events and 3–6 months for larger collaborations or annual campaigns. This allows us to secure venues, coaches, volunteers, and, where needed, partner NGOs or schools. For time‑sensitive opportunities, we’ll still do our best to adapt.
Q: How can we start the conversation about corporate giving or collaboration?
A: Yes. Employee volunteering is a powerful part of our CSR collaborations. We provide Volunteer Orientation and on‑ground guidance so your team feels prepared and confident when engaging with neurodiverse and underserved youth. Volunteering can be integrated into a one‑off event or a series of sessions, depending on your goals. Please encourage your employees to register here.
