A: Yes. We welcome cobranding with aligned partners, especially for flagship day events and long-term campaigns. A: Your support helps us design and deliver adaptive sports and lifeskills programmes that build confidencesocial skillsstamina, and resilience in neurodiverse and underserved young people. Contributions can fund coaching hours for underserved youngsters, safe venues, replenishment of sports equipment, programme subsidies, and capacitybuilding for youth leaders and teachers. We prioritise measurable outcomes and can share stories, photos, and key impact indicators after each collaboration.

A: Absolutely. Since 2015, we’ve collaborated with NGOs, schools, both international and private special needs schools, and community organisations to run oneoff and recurring programmes. We can codesign sessions that complement your existing services—such as inclusion days, sports carnivals, team building, holiday camps, or teacher training—while ensuring they are accessible and neurodiversityaffirming.

We typically need:

  • Type of organisation: corporate, NGO, school, or community group
  • Objectives: e.g. teambuilding, inclusion, staff engagement, community outreach
  • Preferred dates, times, and locations
  • Estimated number and profile of participants (staff, youth, families)
  • HRDF eligibility for corporate development and DEI based programmes
  • Budget range and any inkind resources you can provide. With this, we can propose a tailored programme outline and budget.

A: Ideally, reach out 8–12 weeks in advance for oneoff events and 3–6 months for larger collaborations or annual campaigns. This allows us to secure venues, coaches, volunteers, and, where needed, partner NGOs or schools. For timesensitive opportunities, we’ll still do our best to adapt.

Impact & Programme Value

Q: Are donations or CSR contributions to Care2Run tax‑exempt in Malaysia?

A: Care2Run is a registered non‑profit social enterprise currently working toward tax‑exempt status. Contributions are not yet tax‑deductible. Organisations contributing to HRD Corp may opt to run HRD‑claimable programmes through our certified training partner, enabling partial cost recovery while supporting inclusion.

A: Partnerships can take many forms: sponsoring a full CSR team‑building cycle, funding specific needs (equipment, meals, transport, venue rental), supporting neurodiversity programmes, or co‑creating long‑term inclusion initiatives. We welcome both financial and in‑kind contributions that strengthen our youth and family ecosystems.

We prioritise measurable outcomes and can share stories, photos, and key impact indicators after each collaboration.

A: Impact is measured through a structured, co‑designed process with donors that includes:

1. Clear fund‑use guidelines aligned with donor priorities

2. Agreed‑upon metrics such as Quality of Life (QOL) indicators, weekly Level‑2 aerobic activity duration, and access to physical activities

3. A transparent Project Expenditure Report

This mirrors global best practices where NGOs co‑define metrics with partners to ensure accountability and shared ownership of outcomes

A: We begin by identifying the organisation’s behavioural challenges or development goals—such as inclusive communication, operational excellence, or coaching skills. We then co‑create Behaviourally Anchored Rating (BAR) definitions to measure how teams reflect, respond, and execute during simulated activities. This approach aligns with global experiential‑learning models used by leading social‑impact organisations.

A: We use a rational, transparent costing model that considers:

1. Whether the programme is new or existing

2. Hours required for design, facilitation, and reporting

3. Number of facilitators and support staff

4. Required materials, logistics, and venue needs

5. Additional training, certification, or long‑term continuity requirements

This ensures fair pricing while maintaining programme quality and safety.

A: Our programmes are grounded in real‑world inclusion, neurodiversity awareness, and community impact. Teams learn through hands‑on, purpose‑driven experiential activities that strengthen empathy, communication, and collaboration. Every activity contributes directly to empowering neurodiverse youth and families.
