Voices That Care

Say Hello To Rubiana

For Rubiana, a senior lecturer at a local private college, Care2Run presents her eldest son Joshua with a platform to explore and realise his potential. Seventeen-year-old Joshua is currently thriving as a junior coach, mentoring and guiding other differently-abled young persons, and Ruby says that the confidence and maturity Joshua now display attest to how much he’s grown since joining Care2Run.

Say Hello To Swee Tin

Swee Tin has had an eventful 12 months with Care2Run, having gone from parent to volunteer mentor and currently, the co-facilitator of our seventh Foundation Programme. Yet, ask her, and she’ll readily admit that she wasn’t always certain Care2Run was the right fit for her and her three children, especially Swee Tin’s eldest boy, Chu Kian.

Say Hello To Raja

“I have never believed in keeping my children away from activities. But it’s not always easy finding a place where we can go as a family and feel comfortable that
both our boys are accepted. At Care2Run, however, we’ve found a community where there are no judgements and everyone can be themselves,” shares Raja Chinaya, Care2Run volunteer mentor and father to two differently-abled boys.

Say Hello To Annette

“My family and I really loved our trip to Malaysia! And we will be back. We loved the people, climate, culture, nature and all the delicious food,” Drs. Annette Zandvliet says of her recent trip here. The main reason Annette, a communications expert and registered nurse from the Netherlands, hopes to return though, is because of Care2Run.
